What does the monthly membership include?

Our monthly membership includes a fully customizable meal plan crafted specifically for you, a complete food guide, easy recipes, a grocery shopping list, a full macronutrient analysis, and of course the opportunity to join a powerful and motivated community. Isn’t that great?


Can I cancel my monthly membership if I change my mind?

Of course you can – there is no commitment. You can cancel your monthly membership at any time.


How do I get started?

To get started you will need to fill out a short questionnaire. This will allow us to understand what foods you like and don’t like, what your daily schedule is like, and whether you have any intolerances we need to take into account. When we have this information we will then craft a 100% customized meal plan that is tailor-made in accordance with your nutritional needs and food preferences. Simple as that!

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes we do! We are always looking for partners who are keen to spread the word about Nutiro. Nutrition and weight loss


How often should I be eating?  

We recommend that you eat 3-4 meals per day. Nevertheless, it is important to understand that the number of meals you require may need to be modified to work with your personal preferences and daily routine. For example, if you are exercising heavily, you might consider adjusting your meals in accordance with your training sessions.


I am a vegetarian or vegan. Can I still sign up for the program?

Our meal planning solutions can be followed by anyone, including those who are vegan or vegetarian. A customized meal plan will be crafted according to your food preferences and intolerances. For example, if you are a lacto-ovo vegetarian who still consumes dairy and eggs, a personalized vegetarian meal plan will provide alternative meat-free options that meet your daily nutritional requirements.


How much weight should I lose?

As you might expect – we can’t answer this question. The reason? Because everybody is different, and the answer for each individual will vary. Once we get to know your nutritional needs, current weight, exercise levels, and so on, we will be able to carefully evaluate all of the relevant information and set up a personalised weight-loss goal together.


How long will it take me to lose my excess weight?

There is no pre-set number of weeks or months that can answer this question – every human being is different. For some people, it might only take a few weeks before beginning to lose weight and getting closer to their target, while for others it might take a couple of months or more.


I stopped losing weight, what’s the reason and what should I do?

Weight loss plateaus happen to everyone and can be very frustrating during your journey. There are many factors that could explain why this is happening, so a little research will work wonders. Read the list below and consider whether any of these factors apply to you.

  • You are eating too much, even if you haven’t noticed it. Calories could be hiding in many foods that might surprise you at first – for example, tomato sauces, salad dressings, flavoured water and so on. Make sure to check everything you are eating (and drinking) to make sure that they contain no hidden calories.
  • You are eating too many processed foods.
  • You are consuming a lot of artificial sweeteners. It is not advisable to go overboard with artificial sweeteners. So keep that diet soda addiction under control!
  • You are too stressed. Often, weight loss plateaus are triggered by stress or anxiety. If you are doing everything as you should, but the scales still show the same number, then just relax and keep going – good things take time!

What recipes do you offer?

We make sure to cater for all of our customers, so we offer hundreds of recipes which will satisfy even the most demanding client. Nutiro provides a huge range of vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free, Keto, and low-carb recipes! This is not the complete list – but you get the idea. You can find so many simple recipes that are delicious and very easy to make!


Can I see the nutrition information of a recipe?

Definitely! For every recipe we provide a complete macro-nutrient analysis, including calories per serving, carbohydrates, protein, fat, sugar and fiber content. This way, you know exactly what you are eating, and it is super easy for you to record your daily food intake.


Can I filter my recipe search?

Yes. You can use filters to narrow down your search and find the recipe you are looking for. You can filter your search according to the number of ingredients, type of diet, and cooking difficulty level.
